BirthdayStop helps you create a birthday wishlist — for your child, a friend, or yourself — and share it with people you choose. We only ask for what we genuinely need, and we never sell your information. Here's exactly what we collect and why, in plain language.

We do not use this information for advertising, and we never track children for marketing.
A wishlist is private by default. It becomes viewable only when you choose to publish it, and even then only people with your unique share link can open it. Shared wishlists are not listed on search engines, and we show only a first name and birthday month publicly — never the exact date of birth. You can make a list private again at any time.
BirthdayStop does not process or hold any money. If you add a PayNow handle for a cash gift, it's simply displayed so family can send money to you directly through their own bank. We never see or touch the funds.
We use trusted providers to run BirthdayStop: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), and Resend(sending emails). Your information may be processed on their servers, which can be located outside your country. We only share what's needed to run the service.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete a wishlist at any time, which also removes its wishes and reservations. A gift-giver's name is removed if a reservation is undone. To delete your whole account or ask us to remove your information, just email us at hello@birthdaystop.com.
BirthdayStop can be used for anyone's birthday. When you create a wishlist for a child, you confirm you're their parent or guardianand consent to us handling that information to provide the wishlist. We deliberately minimise what's collected and shown about a child, and never use it for advertising.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@birthdaystop.com. We aim to handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and — where they apply to you — comparable laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, Australia's Privacy Act, India's DPDP Act, and applicable US requirements.
Questions about your privacy? We're a small team and happy to help — hello@birthdaystop.com.
